The HFIS80 is Hold Fast Industries’ premium 80mm thermally-broken insulated sectional overhead door — the highest-performance sectional door in the HFI range, engineered for temperature-controlled loading bays, cold storage docks, pharmaceutical facilities and high-performance industrial buildings where the thermal performance of every element of the building envelope matters.

Where the HFIS40 provides standard industrial insulation, the HFIS80 with the ISO thermal break package delivers a U-value of approximately 0.52 W/m²K — more than twice the thermal resistance of the standard 40mm door. This improvement is achieved through three mechanisms: doubled panel thickness (80mm vs 40mm PU foam core), plus a track insulator, thermally non-conductive PVC top and bottom profiles, and PVC end caps that eliminate the thermal bridges between the panel and the surrounding frame at every connection point.
