Butzbach Security Doors RC3/RC4

Butzbach security doors — available as the SPACELITE HT40 RC3 and RC4 configurations — are EN 1627-1630 certified burglar-resistant stacking doors manufactured in Germany. They are the only overhead stacking doors in the world with independently tested and certified burglar resistance to the RC3 and RC4 Resistance Classes — combining the translucent fibreglass panel filling and compact overhead stacking of the SPACELITE® with security performance that most overhead doors, including conventional sectional doors, cannot match in the stacking format.

EN 1627-1630 RC3 certification demonstrates tested resistance against an experienced attacker with a crowbar and second set of hand tools. RC4 extends this to resistance against power tools including drills, jigsaws and angle grinders. Both certifications require testing of the complete assembled door system — not individual components — by an independent laboratory. Butzbach’s SPACELITE HT40 has passed both test levels and holds current independent certification.
