Thermicroll Spiral Door range

The Thermicroll™ ISO 80 is Italy’s benchmark insulated rigid spiral door — the product that established Thermicroll as Italy’s leading industrial door manufacturer and the reference against which all other insulated spiral doors are measured. It combines the opening speed of a high-speed rapid door with the thermal performance of an 80mm insulated sectional panel door, delivered through a patented circular spiral winding mechanism that requires no ceiling anchor and has been validated to 1,000,000 opening and closing cycles in cold room application.

Where a fabric rapid door provides speed with limited insulation and a sectional door provides insulation with limited speed, the ISO 80 provides both simultaneously. The 80mm double-walled aluminium panel construction delivers thermal resistance comparable to a heavy-duty sectional door — but in a door that opens at high speed and cycles as frequently as a rapid door.
