The BASE350GAS™ is the airtight variant of Hold Fast Industries’ BASE350 self-repairing rapid door — engineered specifically for environments where certified low air permeability is a regulatory requirement. Pharmaceutical manufacturing cleanrooms, GMP grey-rooms, food processing controlled zones and gas-classified areas all demand a door that operates at high frequency without compromising the atmospheric integrity of the space.
Unlike a standard rapid door adapted for cleanroom use, the BASE350GAS™ is designed from the outset to meet the air permeability classifications required by pharmaceutical GMP guidelines and food safety standards. The sealing system achieves Class 2 air permeability under EN 13241, and all exposed materials are compatible with the industrial cleaning and sanitisation agents used in regulated production environments.
