No Overhead Track — No Ceiling Obstruction
The HFI Cube is a compact-folding sectional overhead door — the engineering solution for buildings where limited header clearance, low ceilings or existing overhead services make a conventional sectional door installation impossible. Where a standard sectional door requires the panels to travel along an overhead track that extends back into the building, the HFI Cube’s sections fold compactly into a tight stack directly behind the structural opening — requiring minimal header depth and leaving the ceiling and headroom above the opening completely clear.
In the Australian industrial building stock, many existing facilities were designed before overhead crane systems, conveyor lines, sprinkler systems and electrical services were retrofitted. These additions occupy the headroom that a conventional sectional door track requires. The HFI Cube is the solution that installs a full-performance sectional door into these constrained spaces without requiring costly structural modifications or the removal of existing overhead services.
