ISO-Dock Integration for Cold Storage

The 233 telescopic leveller integrates directly into Loading Systems' ISO-dock and stepped-dock cold storage layouts — the industrial door closes in front of the leveller, achieving optimal insulation at the dock face. Specifically developed for cold storage refrigerator vehicle docking and food processing contamination control.

Automatic Float Following

During loading and unloading the vehicle's upward and downward movement (float) is automatically followed by the leveller platform — maintaining constant, safe contact with the vehicle bed throughout the loading cycle without operator adjustment.

What Is the Loading Systems Telescopic Lip Dock Leveller?

The Loading Systems Model 233 telescopic lip dock leveller adds independently controlled lip extension to the capabilities of the standard swing lip leveller — the telescopic lip extends via a dedicated hydraulic control separate from the main platform lift, allowing the lip to be precisely positioned onto the vehicle bed before loading commences, and retracted separately at loading completion. This independent control eliminates the end-load damage problem that causes product loss and customer disputes in facilities using swing lip levellers for high-value or fragile goods.

The telescopic lip extends to up to 1,000mm — significantly more than a standard swing lip. This extended reach is critical for ISO-dock cold storage layouts, stepped docks and any application where the vehicle bed is set back from the dock face, or where the door closes in front of the leveller to achieve cold chain insulation at the dock face.
